Terms and Conditions of Védské centrum, z.s.

1. Registration

   1. Based on your registration on the website www.vedskecentrum.cz (hereinafter referred to as the „website“) we will approve this application and notify you by means of an informative email confirming your registration.
   2. After registration you can make the appropriate membership payments for the selected activities, in accordance with the decision made by VC Committee, which determines their amount.
   3. You can terminate your membership at any time, by sending us a written request to cancel your VC membership.

2. Services provided for members

   1. We provide for you the possibility to participate in various events according to the current offer found on the website or communicated to the members by other means.
   2. We provide for you the possibility to participate in medtitation events, lectures and mediate contacts to other members.
   3. Meditation or other events that we organize ourselves are always regulated by separate conditions, which are part of the application for a specific event. Unless otherwise stated in a particular application, we are never in a position of tour operator or other similar position. You are participating independently and VC only coordinates the participation of individual members at the event. In view of the above, we are not responsible for any damage that may be incurred by you at events we organize. Because you are reasonable and you know that anything can happen at events and even if you should be entitled to damages, you hereby waive it to the extent permited by law. This, of course, does not apply if we intentionally cause damage to you.
   4. We have the right to decide if you are NOT eligible to participate in any of the events we organize, although we commit to avoid rejecting participants without a reason (rejection could happen due to insufficient capacity, non-payment of membership fees or your inappropriate behavior at any of our previous events).
   5. We provide for you the possibility of paying the membership fees as well as registering for individual activities, which we organize through the online platform found on the website.
   6. Please note that participation in organized events is limited to VC members. We focus on ensuring that the association serves our members, not the sale of goods or services to the public (consumers).
   7. Your request will only be considered confirmed if such request is explicitly confirmed by e-mail (the e-mail confirming the receipt of the request is not sufficient).
   8. Any cost you incur in connection with your participation and membership in VC, in particular the costs of paying for transport, meditation equipment, etc., unless they are explicitly covered by a specific membership fee in which a specific item has been specified, are covered by yourself.

3. Payment of membership fees

   1. You can pay the membership fees in the following ways:
      1. by bank transfer to the seller's account No. 2100641525/2010, administered by Fio Banka, a.s.
      2. cashless payment by card via website (payment gateway).
   2. The amount of membership fees may vary and is set by VC Committee.
   3. Failure to pay a membership fee may result in your exclusion from VC

4. Sending commercial messages and storing cookies

   1. By registering you agree to use your e-mail address for business communication with our business partners. We always try to address you only with offers we consider interesting and we do not give your data to anyone else for the above purpose. However, if you do not like the submitted offers, you can withdraw your consent at any time.
   2. Our website uses cookies in order to make it easier for you to navigate our website. You hereby consent to the storing of cookies on your computer. If it does not affect the functionality of the user account and the use of the website, you can also withdraw this consent at any time.

5. Processing of personal data

   1. VC is the administrator of your personal data and processes the following personal data:
      1. Name and surname
      2. Email (for contact by organizer)
      3. Telephon number (for contact by organizer)
   2. The personal data referred to in point 1 (excluding photos) shall be processed for the purpose of organizing events. We will process this data until we receive a request to end your VC membership. This data cannot be deleted earlier due to the possibility of recurrent participation in events.
   3. After the expiry of the deadline in paragraph 2, you may at any time request your data to be deleted, for example by sending an email or letter to our e-mail address info@vedskecentrum.cz .
   4. We process your personal data ourselves, but with respect to the functionality of the website, the following processors may also process your personal data for us:

   5. Please note that you have the right to:
      1. request information from us about your personal data,
      2. request clarification from us regarding the processing of personal data,
      3. request from us access to this data and have it updated or corrected,
      4. require us to delete your personal data(in cases where processing is not necessary for participating in activities we organize),
      5. in case of doubt regarding compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
