If you haven’t yet attended the free lecture on stress and meditation, we strongly recommend that you attend it prior to the course itself. While it is not a part of the course, you will still receive a lot information about meditation and the course itself.More about the lecture
During the first day the teacher will teach you a technique that is tailored to your specific personality and temperament. In the following days you will, together with the rest of the group, receive all the information you need about meditation theory and practice. After completing the course you will be able to meditate individually and thus enjoy the meditation’s benefits for all your life.
You will receive answers to all your questions. You will find out how meditation works, how to meditate correctly, when and where to meditate, how to successfully incorporate meditation into your already packed daily schedule etc.

You will learn the Vedic Meditation in 4 successive days. Usually these are Sunday to Wednesday. Each session is approximately 2.5 hours long. It is therefore possible to comfortably complete the course even with a busy work and family life. Part of each session is a group meditation and a time for questions.
Contribution is on a sliding scale based on income, so it is the same relative value to everyone. We have a minimum suggestion of five thousand CZK reflecting one weeks income.
